Any service requests were completed by the next day. The grounds are immaculate and rival any local golf course. The pools (5) are sparkling. The other amenities are plentiful, new, and well maintained. This is the only community I could find in the Mellinia area that had it's own private restaraunt and bar. It also has a health club that rivals a ballys. Yes, there were some kinks durning this whole condo transition but overall, this place is pretty cool. I recommend this place to all my co-workers. The only thing that sucks is they use to give $500 when you referred a new resident. The last time I was in the office they were on a waiting list so I guess they don't need my help anymore :-) I tried to buy my unit, but I am working on getting my credit better. It' hasn't sold yet, so I'm hoing that I could buy in January. I highly reccommend this place for any single girls, it's super safe. I love it, I love it!!!!!!! I eat at the restaurant a few times a week and last night they had a pretty cool preseason football party. Free beer for first quarter! My buddies all want to come to my place for games this season because we heard last night they are getting NFL Sunday Ticket. The pools are cool, but the gym is the best thing here. It's got two stories and the best equipt I've ever worked out on. The staff is cool, too. They passed out breakfast at the gate yesterday. I would reccomend to anyone. It is a great location and the apartments are very good size and reasonable prices. There is a restaurant and lounge connected to one of the 5 pools and a salon/spa right on the property. The neighborhood is kept in immaculate shape and there are a variety of places to walk your dogs. The gym is nicer than most membership gyms in my opinion. While living there, I only had one problem with an appliance and maintenance was at my apartment within 30 minutes and the problem was fixed in an hour. If I didn't have to move for work, I would still be living there. I believe it is the best Orlando has to offer.
